If you are looking for information about an order you placed, you just need to log into your account. Your tracking number and any other order notes and updates will be there. Your address book can hold up to 20 recipients so you can organize them, delete them or keep them on record for future gift giving. . Just click on the My Account link in the green bar just under the top graphic.

If you are having a problem with an order, do not call the 800 number listed on this web site. They do not have the necessary information to help you. The web site is handled internally in our shop so you need to call 847-299-9191. We can assist you in whatever the situation is. We are in the shop from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. We will answer the phone at other times, so if you can't get a hold of us then you can leave a message.

The best way to reach us is by email at webmaster@cookiegarden.com. This email runs all day at our store and alerts us when an email comes in. We answer emails very fast!
