1. Credit cards are not processed on the Internet and only after we review the order is it charged internally in our store. Email us any questions and concerns about an order. We constantly check email and the owner checks email after hours to answer any questions.

2. We check every single address with the USPS before it ships. This has saved 100's of packages from being delivered late. If we find a problem with an address we will let you know so it can be checked and fixed. It is important this is done because the same town can have a street named Smith St and Smith Dr.

3. Your order will arrive on the specified day except two possible delivery situations.

a. Bad weather
b. Incorrect delivery address.

We guarantee your satisfaction and do our best to meet your expectations.

If you do have a question or a problem the best way to contact us is email. Our email in the store checks every minute and a sound goes off when an email comes in!! We hear it, we check it! After hours the owner checks email at home and can help answer questions. You can also call us during our regular business hours at 630-766-3040

Since this is a perishable item we can not take returns once an item is shipped. Once cookies leave our store we rely on delivery companies to make the delivery. If they make a mistake we ask for a refund and pass it to you. If we make a mistake we also take care of it. If by chance and this has happened before, a customer gives us an old address and the package comes back, we have to charge another delivery charge and prefer to remake the gift and send fresh cookies a nominal charge will incur. We are sorry, but this is why we stress the importance of checking your delivery address and making sure it is accurate.
