Shipping & Returns

Below is some specific information about how we ship. One important note is that
our system calculates shipping directly with Federal Express so the pricing is
calculated in real time over the Internet. All of our delivery options exclude
weekend deliveries. Also, all orders placed over the weekend ship
out on Monday. Our daily cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. On average the pricing for ground is $7.50 and up, quicker shipping
options will range from the $8.50 up to $32.50 (usually Next Day Air or Priority
Overnight) depending on factors such as dimensional weight and distance from our
location.

1. We Do not Ship International

2. We do not ship to a P.O. Box (We will ship to FPO/APO addresses if extra time is not an issue.)

3. We do not refund shipping money
in cases of bad weather and an incorrect address.

4. We do not refund money on hospital deliveries. If you ship to a hospital it
is at your own risk. Most of our delivery problems involve hospitals not getting
gifts to a patient before they leave the hospital. Click

5. Also in cases when we deliver to large offices or buildings you must contact the recipient and let them know a package is arriving. Many companies
have one central location for deliveries and that department is responsible for getting the package to your recipient once it is delivered.

We have an excellent shipping record and no breakage on our products. Each item is bubble wrapped and
packed with peanuts. Your gift will arrive in a plain brown box. Our main courier is Federal Express, but we may also use UPS on certain deliveries.

Returns:

Since the cookies are
perishable we can not take a return on an item. If an item does come back for any reason and needs to be re-shipped, we will not use the same cookies and may charge
for new cookies to be used in the gift. This is a safety issue and it is important that the recipient gets fresh cookies.
