Hours

Our store is open from 9:00 to 2:30 Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. The cut off time is 2:00 p.m. We do not have after hours phone support anymore and decided to better handle our calls to do it internally through our voice mail system. Either way we do not ship after 2:00 P.M. C.S.T. so if it is after hours your order will go out the next business day. We check email constantly and the voice mail all day to return calls and get your order placed. It is also important to know that we do not ship out on the weekends so if you call on the weekend your order would not go out until Monday so leave us a message and or place the order online. You do not have to leave a credit card to place an order so if you are concerned about that then just check the appropriate box in the payment method section. We are a small company in comparison to 1-800 flowers or FTD and to save money and keep costs down we decided this is the best method and most reliable way to make sure your orders are correct.
