Are the cookies good?
Our cookies are the best. If you are comparison-shopping make sure you consider the weight and quality of the cookies in question. I have had people say to me in the past "I can get 12 cookies from Xyz Company for $12.00". What they did not realize was that Xyz Company is selling a 2-oz cookie that has margarine in it. Like anything, you get what you pay for.

How do you ship your cookies?
Our store is located in Des Plaines, IL. For deliveries within a 30-mile radius we use a Local Courier Service. For deliveries outside the 30 mile radius and still in Illinois, we use UPS. For deliveries outside Illinois we use Federal Express.

Our gifts are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed inside our sturdy shipping box with environmentally safe packing peanuts.

What is your guarantee?
If you provide us the correct address your gift will arrive fresh and on time. If at any time there is a problem we will work with you to solve it.

Do you give discounts?
Our discounts are based on the quantity of the gift and the type of gift.
