This page is the starting page to create a custom tin order. Nothing will be charged until the final order is approved and signed by you. There is a lot involved with these types of orders so provide as much info as possible as to what you would like and we will begin the quote process. Here are some things we need to know.
1. How many tins?
2. When do you need them by?
3. Will they all ship to one address or different addresses?
4. Any special colors you require? (Normally it is matched to the logo)
5. Upload the largest logo you have that is at least 5" final print size
IMPORTANT: When in the shopping Cart
Remember this is not an order until we finalize everything, so in the shopping cart just provide yourself as the Bill To: and Ship To:
and select "Phone in the Credit Card" for the payment option.
In the picture you see 3 different tin sizes. We have tins that will hold 6, 12 or 24 cookies so let us know which you are thinking about.
Also realize that price is based on quantity and we can make these tins range in price from as low as $12 each to as much as $40 each (excluding tax and shipping)
The time frame is really dependent on how fast you need them. We keep a certain number of tins on hand and usually can get larger quantities in less then 3 business days. If you are in a rush and need to tins right away, we can do that no problem as long as we have the artwork.
We will do any size order and determine the best process to get your logo on the tin. We can do 4 color labels and also printing and that price will very based on what you require.
Other then that once we get your request, we move rather quickly to finalize the order and set the pricing structure. We can also send tins out based on lists for your customers or birthdays for your employees.

Special Notes:
The upload option for your shipping addresses has to be in one of these
4 formats (.doc, .csv, .txt, and .xls.) if it is not, then email it directly to us.
In regards to the logo, make it as big as possible and we will resize it based on the tin.
Cookies:
Cookies included; Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip, Milk Chocolate Chip, Macadamia
Nut with White Chocolate, Pecan Caramel with White Chocolate, Oatmeal Raisin,
Peanut Butter with Peanut Butter Chips. We send a variety of all 6 flavors.
Each cookie is approximately 1/4 lb., individually wrapped and labeled with
the ingredients on the back. No artificial flavors or colors in any of our
cookies. We mix our own cookie dough and bake on site every day.
Shipping:
You will have the option in the shopping cart to get real time shipping rates
with Federal Express. If the system does not return shipping rates, then your
zip code and or city are not correct. We also have local delivery options for
deliveries located near our Wood Dale Il, Store. All
delivery and pick up options exclude Saturday and Sunday. We
ship gifts Monday through Friday and our daily cut off time is 2:00 P.M. C.S.T.
Restrictions apply for hospital
deliveries.
We pack every gift with bubble wrap, place it on a layer of
packing peanuts, fill the remaining space with peanuts then seal the box. We
check every address with the USPS for verification and correctness. As a rough
estimate Ground shipping is usually under $9.50.
